Andy Warhol is arguably the most influential 20th century artist, with secondary market records for his paintings at over $105 million BP. While his works on canvas are mainstays at Christie’s, Sotheby’s and Phillips, it is Warhol’s prints, or silkscreens, that showcase his iconic style and images. As an artist, Warhol, favored the technique as it allowed for mass-production and limitless manipulation.
French-born, Los Angeles-based street artist Thierry Guetta is best known by his moniker Mr. Brainwash. This exclusive collection of recent work, a combination of mixed media on paper and original canvases, encapsulates Mr. Brainwash’s identifiable visual language. He establishes a signature style by layering references to various sources of pop culture from the Peanuts cartoons to Keith Haring’s recognizable stick figures.

The synergy and work ethic that marks Smith’s musical life organically led to his painting, and in early 2016 Smith entered the art world with Parallax, his first collection of rhythm driven prints. Fast forward to 2019, and the Artists’ premiere of an extraordinary new collection of artwork which will tour the United States in venerable galleries and venues, often following the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert tour and allowing for Artist Appearances in which the Artist will have the opportunity to meet his Collectors.
These two talented artists both create abstract compositions utilizing strong lines, texture and pattern. Despite their similar approach, the outcomes are wildly different and equally dynamic and beautiful.
